We’re Hiring: Tier 1 Production Support EngineerLocation: HyderabadExperience: 1–3 YearsShift: Rotational (24×7 coverage, including night shifts)We’re looking for proactive Tier 1 Production Support Engineers to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense ensuring the stability and smooth functioning of critical jobs, applications, and data pipelines around the clock.What You’ll DoMonitor & Maintain:Continuously track SQL Server jobs, Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines, and production dashboards.Verify that scheduled jobs run on time and complete successfully.Handle Incidents:Acknowledge and classify alerts (P1/P2/P3).Perform initial diagnostics and apply standard fixes (SOPs).Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 teams with clear context and logs.Communicate & Report:Share real-time updates with stakeholders during incidents.Document incidents in tools like Service Desk, Jira, or Service Now.Contribute to shift handovers and operational reports.Operate in Shifts:Support a 24×7 environment through rotational and night shifts.Ensure seamless handovers between shifts.What We’re Looking For✅ 1–3 years of experience in Production Support / Application Support / IT Operations.✅ Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, monitoring jobs).✅ Familiarity with Azure or AWS (ADF, logs, monitoring) is a plus.✅ Experience with ticketing tools (Service Desk, Jira, Service Now).✅ Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering , or equivalent experience.✅ Flexibility to work in rotational shifts , including nights.Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Gain hands-on exposure to cloud technologies and data pipelines.Contribute to keeping mission-critical systems running 24×7.
