Job Skills & Requirements: To succeed in this role at IndiaMART, you'll need: Proven Experience: Demonstrated work experience as a Team Leader , ideally with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales-related fields like CASA, Justdial, Insurance, or Loans . Technical Proficiency: Good knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity tools. Leadership Qualities: Excellent communication skills and strong decision-making abilities . Organizational Prowess: Superb time management and organizational skills . Mandatory Tools: Must own a laptop and a bike . Age Limit: Must be below 32 years of age.
