Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineering Manager at keeplearningOS in Mumbai. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers, overseeing software development projects, designing software architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient execution.
Qualifications
Strong software development skills, including proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks
Proven experience in team leadership, managing and mentoring software engineers
Expertise in software design principles and best practices
Experience in project management, including Agile methodologies
Knowledge of distributed systems and scalability
Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in the higher-ed industry is a plus
8+ years of work-ex in the space
