Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Software Engineering Manager at keeplearningOS in Mumbai.

As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software engineers, overseeing software development projects, designing software architectures, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient execution.

QualificationsStrong software development skills, including proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworksProven experience in team leadership, managing and mentoring software engineersExpertise in software design principles and best practicesExperience in project management, including Agile methodologiesKnowledge of distributed systems and scalabilityExcellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the higher-ed industry is a plus8+ years of work-ex in the space
