Four Square Steel Construction Contracting LLC is an international steel construction contracting company with its head office in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in steel structure design, fabrication, and installation for a variety of construction projects, including Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). We are expanding our back office in Muvattupuzha, Ernakulam, Kerala, and we're looking for a talented Steel Structure AutoCAD Draftsman to join our team.
Job Description:
As a Steel Structure AutoCAD Draftsman, you will play a key role in supporting our design and drafting operations for steel structures. The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD and a preference for knowledge in PEB systems. You'll work alongside a skilled team and have the opportunity to grow within a globally recognized company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed drawings of steel structures, including structural plans, elevations, and sections, using AutoCAD.
- Draft designs for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and assist in project coordination across architecture, structural, and MEP teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and designers to review project specifications and adjust drawings accordingly.
- Maintain drawing revisions and ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D and 3D drafting of steel structures.
- Experience in drafting for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of steel structures and construction drawing standards.
- Knowledge of structural detailing and basic understanding of steel material specifications.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
