Bim Trainer(Mep)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver **structured BIM training programs** (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Design course materials, assessments, and practical assignments
- Conduct **hands-on sessions** and **live project simulations**:

- Monitor student performance and provide feedback and support
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and practices in BIM and AEC industry
- Assist in **curriculum improvement** based on industry needs
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure training aligns with business goals

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong expertise in **Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP)**:

- Knowledge of tools like **Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360, SketchUp**:

- Understanding of **clash detection, coordination, and BIM execution plans**:

- Excellent **communication and presentation** skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
- Passion for mentoring and teaching

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil, Architecture, Mechanical, or related field
- Minimum **5 years of professional experience** in BIM modelling or coordination
- Prior experience in **teaching/training** is preferred

Pay: ₹12,521.18 - ₹50,000.00 per month
