Role: Hiring Intern Location: Remote Internship Duration: 3–6 Months Type: Internship (Paid/Stipend-based) Internship Starting Date: Immediate Joiner Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Hiring Intern to support our user research and recruitment initiatives at a Stealth Startup. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and coordinating with potential users or participants for research interviews and market studies. You may also assist in hiring-related activities to ensure the smooth execution of user and talent outreach processes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands recruitment basics, and wants to gain hands-on experience in both talent acquisition and user research recruitment in a dynamic early-stage startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Identify and reach out to potential users or participants for research interviews, surveys, and market validation calls. Support recruitment efforts by sourcing and screening candidates for internal roles when required. Coordinate and schedule calls/interviews between users, candidates, and internal teams. Maintain organised records of outreach activities, feedback, and participation data. Collaborate with teams to align outreach strategies with project objectives. Assist in preparing reports and insights from user interactions to support decision-making. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields. Prior exposure or internship experience in recruitment or outreach activities preferred. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using digital tools such as Google Sheets, Google Forms, and. Self-motivated, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, startup environment.
