- Lead Nurturing: Engage with leads to understand their recruitment needs, provide information, and build relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
- Sales Activities: Assist in planning and managing logistics for sales operations within the recruitment sector.
- Client Interaction: Communicate directly with clients to understand their hiring needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
- Sales Support: Provide data and reports to help the team monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Promotional Activities: Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional materials or events related to recruitment services.
- Client Records: Maintain and update sales and client records.
- Complaint Resolution: Respond to complaints from clients and provide after-sales support as and when required.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Work and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination with clients and also ensure internal coordination with clients.
- Closing Deals: Work closely with clients to finalize recruitment contracts and ensure a smooth transition from lead to customer.
Qualifications:
