Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Apps Lead to join our state of the art manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our application systems to support our manufacturing processes.

The Digital Lead will collaborate with various departments to ensure that our software applications align with business objectives and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing operations.

- Have Handled any Plant end related Applications on end to end rollout /support like Contractor Management System(Kronos, Local vendor apps),Vendor Management system(SAP Ariba, Zycus), HRMS(SAP SF) , CRM applications(SFDC, ZOHO CRM), Project management apps( JIRA, MS Projects) , PLM (Siemens Teamcenter )& Integration exposure to SAP applications will be added advantage (Atleast 1 app expsoure to be mandatory ).

Main Responsibilities :

Application Development and Maintenance :

- Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of software applications that meet the needs of the manufacturing processes.

- Ensure the ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements of existing applications to optimize performance and address any issues.

Project Management :

- Manage the entire lifecycle of application development projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and ensure successful project outcomes.

Systems Integration :

- Oversee the integration of software applications with existing systems to streamline manufacturing processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Implement and maintain interfaces between different applications and ensure seamless data flow.

User Support and Training :

- Provide support to end-users, addressing any application-related issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.

- Develop and conduct training programs for end-users to maximize the utilization of applications and promote self-sufficiency.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices to proactively address security threats and vulnerabilities.

Vendor Management :

- Collaborate with third-party vendors for software solutions, managing relationships, and ensuring service level agreements are met.

- Evaluate and recommend new software applications that align with the company's manufacturing objectives.

Education : BE(IT/CS), MCA, CDAC, MBA(IT

Experience :

- 10-14 Years of relevant experience in similar Application handling profile
