About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to ensure seamless execution of our marketing and retail initiatives. This role will be the backbone of process management—coordinating between teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You'll work closely with multiple stakeholders across verticals like Brand, Retail Marketing, Operations, E-commerce and External Partners to bring campaigns and activations to life at scale.

Key Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and trackers for campaigns, retail activations, and partnerships.
  • Coordinate across teams (marketing, retail ops, design, e-commerce, agencies) to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track progress, flag risks, and problem-solve to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage day-to-day logistics such as vendor coordination, approvals, and deployment of creatives/VM.
  • Share regular status updates, recaps, and performance reports with stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in campaign rollouts across stores, digital, and events.

Qualifications & Skills/What You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in project or program management, ideally in consumer brand companies.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (example: Trello, Asana).
