Requirement:We at RoboMQ is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resource Specialist who can contribute to day-to-day HR operations that includes handling end-to end recruitment activities, managing employee database, supporting smooth employee onboarding and termination processes, administering payroll system and fostering healthy workplace practices.

Job Responsibilities:Coordinating day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProviding human resource support to the organization such as general administrative support to HR TeamManaging HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee formsSourcing potential candidates and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothlyProcess documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsCoordinating in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)Maintaining employee confidentiality

Requirements:Master’s Degree in Human Resources or related fieldExcellent administrative and organizational skillsStrong communications and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office ApplicationsA Team PlayerDetail-orientedAssertiveFriendly and professional demeanour

Position Type : Full-TimeCompensation : Depending on the experience
