Job Requirement:


We at RoboMQ is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resource Specialist who can contribute to day-to-day HR operations that includes handling end-to end recruitment activities, managing employee database, supporting smooth employee onboarding and termination processes, administering payroll system and fostering healthy workplace practices.


Job Responsibilities:
Coordinating day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
Providing human resource support to the organization such as general administrative support to HR Team
Managing HR records including resumes, applicant logs, and employee forms
Sourcing potential candidates and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc)
Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc) and take minutes
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Coordinating in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
Maintaining employee confidentiality

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
A Team Player
Detail-oriented
Assertive
Friendly and professional demeanour
