Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to take on the role of Head to manage the GIC/GCC/Captive business for one of our Clients. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, managing the P&L for India, and scaling our company's capabilities across GCC in India.

Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all Capability and Innovations Hubs globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Manage the P&L for India, focusing on Captive/GIC business, and drive initiatives to achieve sustainable growth and profitability.- Develop and implement strategic plans to scale the company's presence in India, GCC, and with global clients.- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Capability and Innovations Hubs.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the industry.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.

We Are Looking For (Essential On Arrival)

- Proven leadership experience in a global role, preferably in a similar capacity- Familiarity with the India, GCC, and global business landscape.- Strong understanding of business operations, P&L management, and experience driving profitable growth.- Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills with a track record of successfully scaling business units.- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
