We are seeking a pre/post-sales executive professional
with sales and tech teams, managing proposals, and driving customer satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Please Note:
We are specifically looking for candidates with
3–4 years of relevant experience only
. Applicants with less or more experience will not be considered for this role and the role involves collaborating

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.

Providing support to the sales team (participate in customer requirement discussions, Proposal documents, other supporting artifacts like case studies, etc.)

Manage the entire proposal lifecycle, which will include scope understanding, finalization, solution review, commercials, and proposal submission.

Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective business solutions.

Presenting proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team.

Working with the tech team on the clarification of the scope required for estimation.

Track and ensure customer milestones are met on time.

Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Collect customer feedback and relay it to internal teams for product or service improvements.

Ensure smooth contract renewal processes and support retention efforts.

Support
digital marketing initiatives
such as campaigns, email marketing, social media promotions, and online branding to generate leads and enhance proposal effectiveness.

Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and align insights with sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

MBA in Marketing (from a recognized institution).

3-4 years of relevant experience in marketing.

Hands-on experience in
digital marketing is plus point for us.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and financial analysis.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint).

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
