Position Overview:


The Canada PR Process Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Canada Permanent Residency (PR) process documentation and providing expert consultation to walk-in clients seeking Canada PR services. This role requires a deep understanding of the Canada PR process, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to offer top-notch client service.


Key Responsibilities:


Documentation Management:

  • Handle all Canada PR process documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Canadian immigration regulations.
  • Prepare and review application forms, supporting documents, and correspondence with Canadian immigration authorities.
  • Maintain and update client records and application statuses in the database.
  • Ensure timely submission of applications and track their progress.

Client Consultation:

  • Provide expert consultation to walk-in clients regarding the Canada PR process, eligibility criteria, and application procedures.
  • Conduct initial assessments to determine clients' eligibility for Canada PR programs.
  • Offer personalized advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
  • Assist clients in preparing and organizing their documents for submission.


Process Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processing of Canada PR applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes and updates in Canadian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement best practices for managing the Canada PR process.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their applications.
  • Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling Canada PR process documentation and providing immigration consultation.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using immigration software and databases.
