Job Description:

Position Overview: The Senior Digital Executive will be a key member of the digital team, responsible for developing and executing digital strategies for our clients. This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends and technologies to ensure strategies are cutting-edge.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize to achieve client objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Content Creation and Management:
  • Oversee the creation of engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure content aligns with client branding and messaging.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Utilize digital analytics tools to track campaign performance and provide insights.
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and ROI.
  • Use data to inform future strategies and improve performance.
  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review campaign progress and discuss future strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a PR or advertising agency.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
