Position Overview: We’re seeking a proactive Tech Talent Strategist with a keen understanding of U.S. staffing practices, IT domains, and resume optimization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, independent, and performance-driven environment while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to market them for contract and full-time roles in the U.S. market. Customize resumes to align with specific job requirements, emphasizing keywords, formatting, and technical accuracy. Identify job opportunities using tools like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and vendor/client relationships. Manage the end-to-end candidate submission lifecycle — from sourcing to interview scheduling and client feedback. Cultivate and maintain vendor and client relationships to generate ongoing pipeline opportunities. Maintain tracking of daily/weekly submissions, interviews, and placement metrics. ✅ Required Technical Knowledge: Candidates must be familiar with the following technologies and domains: Technologies & Tools: Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript (Node.js, Angular, React) Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, Oracle ERP AWS, Azure, GCP DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform) QA Automation (Selenium, JUnit, Cucumber) Big Data / Data Science (Hadoop, Spark, Python, R) Databases: SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, MySQL IT Domains: Application Development Cloud Computing Cybersecurity Data Analytics ERP & CRM Systems Healthcare IT BFSI (Banking & Financial Services IT) Recruitment Tools/Portals: Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter ATS platforms like Bullhorn, CEIPAL, JobDiva Required Qualifications: 6 months – 3 years of experience in U.S. IT staffing or bench sales Expertise in customizing resumes based on job descriptions Solid understanding of U.S. work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills Ability to meet aggressive targets independently What We Offer: 100% Remote Opportunity Competitive Pay + Incentives
