About the role: As a Sales Operations Support professional, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team with essential administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing inventory, overseeing warehouse operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring accurate reporting and documentation. You'll also be instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction by ensuring timely order fulfillment and promptly resolving service-related issues.


Expectations from you:

Roles and responsibilities

  • Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, manage stock levels, and update inventory across ecommerce platforms.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, material handling, and shipment processes using E-commerce panels.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipping, schedule deliveries, and manage returns and reverse logistics.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Generate operational reports, maintain warehouse transaction records, and prepare for audits.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, improve service levels, and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration: Assist with sales administrative tasks such as preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and assist with order status updates
  • Sales Support Materials: Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales support materials such as collaterals, presentations, product catalogs, sales collateral, and training materials
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a solid understanding of the company's products or services, features, benefits, and competitive advantages
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the operations and support sales function. Propose and implement solutions to enhance sales support efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction


Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Well Adept with Microsoft excel.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and OMS softwares and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Customer-focused approach and ability to build positive relationships
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with cross-functional teams
  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of ecommerce sales processes and principles is beneficial
