Notre client, leader de l'électronique Grand Public, recherche un Gestionnaire compte client et recouvrement, pour une longue mission d'intérim (18 mois).
Au sein du service comptabilité client, vous prendrez en charge la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients définis afin de limiter tout risque d’impayé.
Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes:
- L'analyse des comptes client,
- La gestion des relances de paiement des clients (mail, téléphone, courrier) afin de comprendre les raisons du retard,
- La remontée d'information en interne pour apporter des solutions,
- Réaliser le lettrage des paiements en lien avec le centre de service partagé,
- Gérer le suivi et la validation des commandes, calculer l'encours disponible en contact avec le service crédit interne, les équipes ADV et les équipes commerciales,
- La remontée hebdomadaire des informations de votre portefeuille afin d’alerter et de réduire le risque d’impayé,
- Le suivi de la balance agée,
- Le suivi des litiges clients en lien avec les différents services internes.
Profil Autonome et à l'aise à l'écrit comme à l'oral, vous disposez d'une première expérience similaire en recouvrement ou dans la gestion d'un portefeuille client dans un service comptabilité client.
Vous disposez de connaissances comptables et maîtrisez le pack Office. La connaissance de SAP est un plus.
