Client Success and Implementation Associate

Location - Bangalore


Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to gather requirements and understand their specific business needs.
  • Customize and configure software to align with client workflows and processes.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring smooth and timely implementation.
  • Provide training sessions to clients' end-users, guiding them through software usage.
  • Work with QA teams to address bugs and defects during the implementation phase.
  • Maintain clear communication with both clients and internal technical teams to resolve issues.
  • Oversee the in-house ticketing system to handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to prioritize enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Support senior implementation specialists and coordinate across teams on ongoing projects.


Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, integration, or technical support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client concerns professionally.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the implementation process.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Presentation skills to deliver comprehensive training and software demonstrations to clients.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with software service management is required; familiarity with MySQL is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience is desirable.
