We are seeking a highly experienced AVP/VP Enterprise Sales with a proven track record to maintain the accounts of pharma industry for Customized Learning Solution or Digital Solutions or for CME's Events. Its a P&L Role, must have chased Business of 50Cr Annually. Will be driving the Enterprise Business end to end and will be responsible for Revenue Generation
Key Responsibilities:
- Must have good network and maintained the Accounts of Pharma Organization for eLearning Solutions or Digital Solutions or CME's Events
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across pharmaceutical companies, spanning the entire company hierarchy for sponsorship of CME's Events/ Conference
- Lead B2B solution selling initiatives, leveraging deep industry knowledge and insights to offer tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and drive executions
- Drive market expansion efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical landscape.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of market developments and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and seminars, serving as a brand ambassador and thought leader in the pharmaceutical space.
- Must be currently working into Leadership role and driving the Enterprise Business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience working in key revenue, sales, or marketing roles within the top three pharmaceutical companies.
- Strong network within the pharmaceutical industry, with established relationships across various levels of the company hierarchy.
- Demonstrated expertise in B2B solution selling, with a track record of driving successful business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively influence and persuade stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
