We're currently hiring for our ERP Project & Engagement Management (OTC) Solution Lead to join its esteemed Technology Department. This pivotal role centers on driving Solution Transformation, Implementation, and Support for NextGen ERP solutions, with a particular emphasis on transitioning to SAP S / 4 HANA. The ideal candidate will demonstrate not only strong leadership abilities but also a solution-focused mindset, fostering effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders across diverse organizational levels.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Develop and execute applications roadmap for Project & Engagement & Billing (OTC) solution, including revenue recognition.

- Ensure successful delivery of Integrated S / 4HANA (ERP) system solutions and supporting applications.

- Lead and manage a team to deliver on Project & Engagement Management initiatives across EAG's ERP platform.

- Design and deliver integrated solutions following industry best practices of SAP S / 4HANA Cloud solution.

- Facilitate migration of financial data.

- Provide leadership in the creation and design of detailed Project & Engagement Management (OTC) solution architecture and implementation.

- Collaborate with business leadership to design and deliver optimal solutions.

- Implement standardized business processes across the organization and ensure their consistent adherence.

- Foster an environment conducive to collaboration between people and technology to enhance productivity.

- Develop strong relationships with integration stakeholders at all levels.

To be eligible for this role you will require :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or engineering.

- Extensive experience in delivering large-scale ERP/SAP implementations.

- Experience in the professional services industry with full lifecycle implementations.

- Minimum 12 years' experience in SAP Project & Engagement Management (Order to Cash) application delivery.

- 3+ years' experience in S4HANA implementation and delivery.

- Proficiency in professional services processes for Project & Engagement & Billing (Order to Cash) processes, including integrations with financial systems.

- Mastery in Functional Architecture Design Analysis.

- Expertise in Business Knowledge and S4HANA Technical Solution Design.

- Proficiency in Business Analysis.

- Flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
