Designation: Manager/DM- Compliance


Work Location : Gurgaon (Hybrid)


Job Description

  • To develop and implement an effective and comprehensive Compliance Management.
  • Identify emerging Compliance trends, including related regulatory and policy issues that may impact the business.
  • To support the business in complying with the various laws and regulations including but not limited to RBI, IRDA, TRAI, UIDAI, FIU-IND etc. & rules, regulation and guidelines related to KYC/AML, Digital Lending, PA/PG guideline, PPI etc.
  • To coordinate with relevant functional teams to define compliance gaps/identify and resolve Compliance-related procedural issues and areas of improvement and ensure remediation actions plans are established, implemented and tracked through to closure.
  • To advice and guide the company and internal stakeholders on regulatory matters and interpretation of guidelines issued by RBI, NPCI, AMFI and other regulators.
  • To ensure timely addressal and response on the regulatory/statutory notices received from regulators and statutory authorities
  • Evaluate and review policies, processes, procedures & practices from Compliance standpoint.
  • Implementation and monitoring of Manuals/ Policies/SoP and T&C of the Company and updating the same from time to time.
  • To Support business on new product introductions, marketing proposals, customer communications, marketing material etc. to help identify & resolve any Compliance related risks and to ensure that same meets the regulatory requirement.
  • To ensure that company’s business is aligned with applicable regulations
  • To ensure timely regulatory reporting as per regulations, circulars, guidelines of RBI, NPCI, AMFI etc.
  • KYC and AML : Setting up and automate the process of Sanction Screening and Transaction Monitoring, Monitoring and analyzing the transactions and making recommendation to management for FIU reporting.

Requirements :

  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in compliance domain in Fintech/BFSI
  • Hands on experience in policy drafting and compliance monitoring,
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory framework around the Fintech such as RBI, NPCI and AMFI rules and regulation, NBFC regulations and Digital lending guidelines
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in working with regulatory bodies
