We are seeking an experienced Pre-Launch and Launch Expert to lead the strategic planning and execution of both the pre-launch and launch phases for our B2B high tech market network platform. This platform is designed to connect high tech enterprise-grade tech solutions sellers and buyers on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the high tech industry, a deep understanding of B2B market dynamics, and a proven track record of successfully bringing complex platforms to market.
Job Highlights
Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and emerging trends in the high tech B2B sector.Identify key market opportunities and potential challenges for the platformEngage with potential enterprise-grade sellers and buyers to gather insights and validate market needs.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry players, partners, and stakeholders.Develop a detailed pre-launch strategy including go-to-market plans, pricing models, and customer acquisition strategies.Define KPIs and success metrics for the pre-launch phaseCraft compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.Develop marketing and promotional content in collaboration with the marketing team.Design and execute pilot programs to test the platform with a select group of users.Gather and analyze feedback to make data-driven improvements.Work closely with product development, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launch.Coordinate training and onboarding programs for internal teams and early adopters.Develop and implement a comprehensive launch plan, including marketing campaigns, PR activities, and sales enablement.Ensure a seamless transition from pre-launch to full-scale launch, monitoring all activities to ensure timelines and objectives are met.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a smooth pre-launch and launch process.Monitor and address any issues that arise during the pre-launch and launch phases.Track performance against pre-defined KPIs and success metrics.Optimize strategies based on performance data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.Prepare detailed reports on pre-launch and launch activities, progress, and outcomes.Document learnings and best practices for future launches.

Required Experience
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategy roles within the high tech industry.Proven track record of successfully launching B2B platforms or products.Experience working with enterprise-grade technology solutions and understanding the B2B sales cycle.Demonstrated experience in leading pre-launch and launch phases for complex products or platforms.Successful track record of managing launches that involve multiple stakeholders and global reach.Experience with technology platforms, software development processes, and technical product management.Familiarity with the latest technological trends and advancements in the high tech industry.In-depth knowledge of the high tech B2B market, including key players, trends, and competitive landscapeExperience in market research, customer segmentation, and targeted marketing strategies.Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing diverse groups of stakeholders, and driving project success.Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
