: Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Rolling Stock (RSC) Regional Business Process Expert (RPBE)PURPOSE OF THE JOBThe PLM RSC RBPE is the métier referee (PLM Engineering, Industrial or Transverse) for her/his Region.Incl. toCoordinate, train, develop and sustain Key Users (KU) of sites networkAct as contact points for Central teams (Method & Tools (M&T), Métiers and IS&T) for PLM4A RSC processesConsolidate regional needs for evolutions to Central Program TeamEnsure solution consistency (inc. tools landscape and processes) for the Region & proper alignment with Core RulesMonitor site maturity level (processes and solution adhesion) against targetPromote deployment of new converged processes to site expertsSupport site Key Users and Digital Continuity Officers (DCO) in deployment and cultural change activitiesThe PLM Rolling Stock (RSC) Regional RBPE is the main interface with PLM Signalling Region Deployment manager PLM Service Region Deployment managerNote: This position is in continuity with current Delmia or DMA RPBE positionsORGANISATIONReports directly to:Current management in the siteReports functionally to:RBPE Leader (if existing)Direct reports/Functional reportsPLM Site Key UsersNetwork & LinksInternal (Alstom)PLM RSC Region Deployment ManagerRegion & site RSC management (incl. directors)Site RSC Engineering and Industrial Methods & Tools / other departments (Metiers)Central métier (Engineering, Industrial and Transverse)Key User (KU) & Digital Continuity Officer (DCO) networkPLM Program teams, incl.
