Job Overview 


We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead and oversee the architectural design and development of (specify projects/products). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion. 


Key Responsibilities 

  1. Architectural Design & Development  
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and applications. 
  • Translate business requirements into architectural frameworks and technical solutions. 
  • Define architecture standards, principles, and best practices. 
  1. Leadership & Collaboration 
  • Lead a team of architects, developers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and clients, to align architecture with business goals. 
  • Mentor and guide junior architects and team members. 
  1. Technology Expertise 
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system performance and scalability. 
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and integrate innovative technologies into architectural designs. 
  • Conduct technical reviews to ensure the alignment of the implementation with architectural standards. 
  1. Project Management 
  • Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality. 
  • Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies. 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards. 

 Qualifications & Skills 

  • B.Arch in Architecture and Master’s in Regional / town planning/ 

sustainability/architecture, or a related field preferable. 

  • Management course 
  • Proven experience in architectural roles with a minimum of 12+ years in architectural field. 
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Expertise in software are Revit, Autocad, sketup, & BIM, 
  • Good skill of presentation and have experience in Oversee project. 

 


 

Preferred Skills 

  • Certification in Management, B.Arch, Master Degree preferred.
