Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Architect to lead and oversee the architectural design and development of (specify projects/products). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, proven leadership skills, and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Architectural Design & Development
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance systems and applications.
- Translate business requirements into architectural frameworks and technical solutions.
- Define architecture standards, principles, and best practices.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead a team of architects, developers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and clients, to align architecture with business goals.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and team members.
- Technology Expertise
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance system performance and scalability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and integrate innovative technologies into architectural designs.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure the alignment of the implementation with architectural standards.
- Project Management
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
