re seeking a skilled UX Writer with experience in developing and shaping content across diverse platforms such as apps websites and push notifications. The ideal candidate will have a portfolio of UXfocused writing samples and a background in crafting content strategies for various user experiences including product communications notifications and FAQs. Collaboration with designers researchers engineers and product managers is also essential.Roles and responsibilities:Write clear creative and customerfocussed UX content for digital assets such as the app and website in line with the brand

s tone and voiceUse craft empathy logic and data for inapp comms push notifications mailers and other apprelated communicationWrite & edit copy for all inapp scenarios including user navigation informational instructional & error messages help center bot etc.Over and above there will be requirements from timetotime such as requirements from other stakeholders like PR & Social team Internal Communications and HR team.

What is needed for the role:Bachelors degree in English Communications Journalism or equivalent practical experience 23 years of experience in userfocused product writingExperience creating and shaping content for multidisciplinary projects (App Website Push Notifications etc.)A portfolio of UXfocused writing samples.Experience working with content strategies for user experiences from productrelated communications to notifications to even FAQsExperience partnering with designers researchers engineers and product managers
