Role: Manager / Senior Manager Compliance

Role Objective: To Assist the CFO in Project Finance, Process of Entering in Capital Market through IPO initiatives. Define and drive the Financial Strategy of the company. Ensure Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Governance and Financial Reporting Standards to meet regulatory expectations.

Key Requisites and Essentials:

  1. Banking Relationships: Strong network of senior-level Connect in both Private and Public Sector Bankers, PE Firms. Documentations for Project Finance, Credit Lines.

  2. IPO Experience: Hands-on exposure in End-to-End process of managing the Initial Public Offerings, including Compliance, Pricing, Investor Engagement and Post-Listing management.

  3. Project Finance: Ability to structure and secure funding for expansion, acquisition, and new ventures; familiarity with multiple financing instruments.

  4. Investor Relations: Engaging with institutional investors, PE Firms and VCs

  5. Stakeholder Management: Cross functional Coordination with Lenders, Equity Investors and Investment bankers for Financial Planning and reporting.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Fundraising: Assist in Capital Raising initiatives including Debt, Equity, Project Finance, and IPO Readiness.

  2. Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to Accounting Standards, Tax Regulations, and Financial Reporting requirements.

  3. Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, Risk management, and Business modelling for Business Operations.

  4. Accounting Operations & Risk Management: Oversee Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and Treasury Operations.

  5. Finalization of Accounts and ensure compliance with IND-AS and regulatory requirements

  6. Prepare and Consolidated financial statements of Business Group Companies

  7. Regulatory Compliance: Oversee compliance with Income Tax, GST, Corporate Laws, and IND-AS regulations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and Chartered Accountant

  2. Prior Industry Exp of Construction/ Infrastructure Developments will be plus

  3. Project Finance and Funding through Capital Market, IPO Initiative desired

  4. Strategic Finance: Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting aligned to company goals.

  5. Consolidation of Financial Statements and Balance Sheet Finalization: Supervise timely and accurate preparation & finalization of annual accounts.

  6. Fund Flow and Cash Flow Management: Ensure timely collections, vendor payments, and optimize working capital.

  7. Banking & Funding: Negotiate with bankers for working capital limits, project loans, and financial facilities.

  8. Regulatory and Statuary Compliance: Ensure adherence to GST, tax laws, contract clauses, and audit requirements.

  9. Stakeholder Liaison: Build relationships with PSUs, government bodies, lenders, and JV partners

  10. Regulatory Complacence of Direct and Indirect Taxation
