About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven
Recruitment HR Executive
to join our growing team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and a strong ability to source, engage, and onboard top talent across functions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle – from understanding hiring needs to successful onboarding

Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure timely closures

Conduct HR screening, schedule interviews, and manage candidate pipelines

Roll out offers, handle negotiations, and manage pre-onboarding formalities

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure smooth candidate experience

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (or equivalent)


2+ years of recruitment experience
(tech + non-tech preferred)

Strong knowledge of sourcing tools & hiring strategies

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to handle multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment
