Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Ponda. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing technical support, performing maintenance and repair of laundry equipment, and delivering field service. They will ensure equipment operates efficiently and meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills
  • Field Service and Technical Support experience
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Experience in the laundry equipment or related industry is a plus
  • Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
