Description:Mandatory Skills: • Infrastructure • Technical writing • ITIL

Responsibilities• Collaborate closely with IT administrators/developers and system architects to collect and understand technical information related to IT systems and configurations.• Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, system specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and IT infrastructure manuals.• Transform complex technical concepts into user-friendly content, making it accessible to a wide range of audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Ensure accuracy and completeness of IT documentation, adhering to industry best practices and standards.• Conduct regular reviews and revisions of existing documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.• Collaborate with the IT team to validate and verify documentation accuracy.• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT documentation to ensure that documentation remains up to date and aligned with evolving technologies.• Participate in the development of documentation templates and tools that streamline the documentation process.• Review and incorporate feedback from support team, architects, and other stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience.• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, including the domain of IT infrastructure documentation.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
