Company: Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Design OT device specific network infrastructure & system requirements and make appropriate adjustments to ensure business objectives are met➢ Application performance improvement, analysis, and network security.➢ Experience / Exposure in setting up Manufacturing lines / plants, ability to interface with various controls system and understanding of IT applications➢ ISA95, S88 and IEC cyber security standard implementation for OT network➢ Implementation of Multi-layered security approach that establishes multiple fronts of defense in Mfg shop network➢ Implementation of MODBUS serial and TCP/IP, ProfiNet, ProfiBus, ControlNet, DeviceNet, CCLink (RS/RS)➢ Configuration and Installation of various network devices like (Stratix, Scalance, Cisco etc switches)➢ Conduct network system audits to determine the efficiency of hardware and communication components and make recommendations to upgrade them as required to meet business needs,➢ Improvement in data efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, network equipment layout➢ Implementation of control networks for various Mfg OEM like Rockwell, Siemens, Mitsubishi etc➢ Uptime dashboard and RCA analysis creation.➢ Provide 2nd/3rd level network hardware/software support to Mfg applications➢ Perform production operation support including log review, backup/recovery procedures and periodic maintenance➢ Ensure stability, availability and performance of the entire IT infrastructureExperience 5-10 yearsIndustry Preferred Automotive, Manufacturing, OEMQualifications BE / B. Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Computer Science with 5-10 years of experience in implementing OT Networks➢ Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while dealing with frequent interruptions and working in a high-pressure environment.➢ Proven experience in SCADA, IoT or MES Systems.➢ Problem solving skills specific to Manufacturing Process, data exchange on Purdue level 1/2/3➢ Hands on experience in IT-OT integration with shop floor devices (PLCs, Sensors, Machine Controllers, industrial gateways etc.) or field equipment and devices like SCADA, Historians etc.➢ Experience in handling various Industrial PLCs like Rockwell Allen Bradley ControlLogixGeneral Requirements Strong knowledge various OT protocols OPC, Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet IP as well as IoT protocols like NB-IoT, LORA, MQTT, etc.➢ Experienced in designing and implementing Business Continuity Plans and Disaster Recovery Plans.➢ Strong analytical skills for interpreting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.➢ Project management experience➢ Manufacturing automotive experience is a strong advantage➢ Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
