The VP of Projects will be responsible for leading and managing the full lifecycle of interior fit-out projects for corporate spaces. The VP will also be responsible for managing the project management team, coordinating with design and construction teams, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Execution:
  • Lead and manage multiple large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee the development of project schedules, resource allocation, and coordination with all relevant teams.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective measures when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Strategic Planning & Management:

  • Ensure timely invoicing and manage cash flow for all projects.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role within the corporate interior fit-out industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong network within the corporate fit-out, construction, and design industries.
