Role & Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Maintain enquiry records (manual registers and computer entries).
  • Coordinate with clients for appointments, follow-ups, and property visits.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and documentation.
  • Support the team in real estate coordination and property-related activities.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, owners, and internal staff.

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Polite, reliable, and client-friendly attitude.
  • Prior experience in office coordination or real estate (preferred, not mandatory).
