This is an excellent opportunity for recent engineering graduates who are passionate about people, technology, and building strong professional networks.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in campus engagement and talent outreach programs.- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, academic institutions, and training partners.- Support talent acquisition initiatives through online and offline channels.- Participate in career fairs, webinars, and networking events to promote the organization’s employer brand.- Coordinate with HR and hiring teams to understand talent requirements and recruitment strategies.- Contribute to social media campaigns and content creation related to employer branding.- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.Required Qualifications:- B.Tech (any specialization) from a recognized university.- Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience).- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders.- Passion for technology, people, and building communities.- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).Preferred Skills:- Interest in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.- Event coordination or public speaking experience (college fests, technical events, etc.).- Basic understanding of the IT/Tech industry.
