We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Application Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful deployment, training, and support of our interventional radiology product line. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth clinical knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for advancing medical technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage pre-sales demos and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
- Deliver comprehensive training and education to healthcare professionals on the use of interventional radiology equipment.
- Provide on-site and remote support to ensure optimal equipment performance and user proficiency.
- Develop and customize training materials, including manuals, presentations, and simulations, tailored to the specific needs of each clinical setting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including radiologists, technicians, and hospital administrators.
- Organize and participate in clinical seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote our equipment and services.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, support activities, and customer interactions.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance, user feedback, and clinical outcomes to inform strategic decisions and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical application or technical support role within the interventional radiology field.
- In-depth understanding of interventional radiology procedures, equipment, and clinical workflows.
- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex medical devices and systems. Familiarity with imaging modalities and related technologies is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the country.
Location – South India (Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad etc.)
Travel – 80%
Role Type – Full-Time, On-Field / In-Office
