Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage pre-sales demos and clinical support to healthcare professionals.
  • Deliver comprehensive training and education to healthcare professionals on the use of interventional radiology equipment.
  • Provide on-site and remote support to ensure optimal equipment performance and user proficiency.
  • Develop and customize training materials, including manuals, presentations, and simulations, tailored to the specific needs of each clinical setting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including radiologists, technicians, and hospital administrators.
  • Organize and participate in clinical seminars, workshops, and conferences to promote our equipment and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, support activities, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare detailed reports on equipment performance, user feedback, and clinical outcomes to inform strategic decisions and improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in a relevant area is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical application or technical support role within the interventional radiology field.
  • In-depth understanding of interventional radiology procedures, equipment, and clinical workflows.
  • Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex medical devices and systems. Familiarity with imaging modalities and related technologies is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the country.



Location – South India (Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad etc.)

Travel – 80%

Role Type – Full-Time, On-Field / In-Office
