FandomWire is a leading entertainment news website, dedicated to delivering the latest updates on movies, TV shows, gaming, anime, and more. We are looking for experienced Gaming Content Writers to join our team, focusing on AAA titles, PC, and console gaming news and editorials.
Responsibilities:
Write 4-5 high-quality articles per week on AAA titles, PC, and console gaming.
Cover breaking news, game reviews, editorials, and industry trends.
Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and depth in articles.
Collaborate with the editorial team to refine content and incorporate feedback.
Proofread and edit articles to meet the website’s standards for quality and style.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the gaming industry.
Engage with the gaming community to identify popular topics and emerging trends.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a gaming content writer or similar role.
Experience writing on the WordPress CMS.
In-depth knowledge of AAA titles, PC, and console gaming.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with SEO best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience writing for entertainment or gaming websites.
A degree in journalism, communications, or a related field.
Active presence in the gaming community through social media or forums.
