Qualifications & Experience:

 MBA in Marketing from a reputed college/university

 2 to 3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.


Must Haves:

 Proven experience in BTL activities, including events, exhibitions, and activations.

 Hands-on experience in agency and vendor management for marketing activities.

 Strong understanding of consumer insights to drive brand communication strategies.

 Ability to plan and execute campaigns to ensure on-ground visibility and brand reach.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

 Proficiency in MS Office

Nice to Haves:

 Exposure to marketing analytical tools for performance tracking and reporting.

 Experience in trade marketing.

 Familiarity with digital and performance marketing strategies.

 Experience in market research and analyzing market trends.

 Involvement in new product development, from ideation to launch.

 Experience in branding, including packaging, positioning, and storytelling.

Role Requirements:

 Develop and implement brand communication strategies to drive awareness and sales.

 Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to plan and execute BTL campaigns,

events, and exhibitions.

 Conduct consumer insight studies to align marketing activities with target audience needs.

 Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver campaigns effectively

and within budget.

 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring ROI-driven execution.

 Coordinate trade marketing initiatives and assist in executing promotional activities in GT

and MT outlets.

 Support digital marketing/ecommerce team members to align online campaigns with overall

brand objectives.


 Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and identify growth opportunities.

 Assist in new product development, including market testing, positioning, and launch

strategies.

 Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to across all marketing channels and activities.


Skills Required:

 Strong project management and organizational skills.

 Ability to analyze data, consumer behavior, and market trends.

 Exceptional creativity and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
