Job Description for IOT L1 Support with 8 years of experience

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IOT L1 Support professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join our team. As an IOT L1 Support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our IOT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for IOT systems and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of IOT systems
  • Document and maintain support tickets and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IOT technologies and trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in IOT L1 Support
  • Strong knowledge of C++ programming language
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
