UX Designer

The candidate will be required to collaborate closely with other Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process and will be responsible for transforming them into intuitive, accessible & easy-to-use designs. He/She will be responsible for crafting user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, the candidate will have to understand users’ needs and stakeholders’ requirements and transform them into a great user experience.
Responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate professionally with end users and internal teams.
Maintain a fine balance between the needs of the user and vision of the organization.
Capture the requirements from the stakeholders by working with internal teams.
Create wireframes & story-boards to efficiently communicate user experience to all the involved teams.
Design user-experiences from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mockups.
Creating rapid prototypes to validate design concepts with stakeholders and customers.
Respond to day-to-day questions from developers, product managers & project managers. Also work with QA to identify, document, and verify bug fixes.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of UX design experience.
Experience with responsive web design and frameworks that incorporate strong grid principles like Bootstrap.
Require creative/innovative design thinking and deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
Recognize and predict use cases, user interaction & edge cases and incorporate them into designs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise working with design and prototyping software (e.g. Sketch, Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite) or similar tools
Solid skills in graphic design, with an eye for typography, palette development, intuitive layout, and a pixel-level attention to detail.
Prefered Education Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science or related field.
