• Create user personas, user journeys, and wireframes to communicate design concepts and solutions.

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design specifications that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs are implemented to the highest standard.

• Conduct usability testing to validate design solutions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX design and share knowledge with the team.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, graphic design, or a related field.

• 6+ years of experience in UX design.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and Design Systems.

• Knowledge of contextual inquiry and some experience with user testing.

• Experience with design systems and interaction design, including prototyping.

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Optional - Figma Variables/Design Tokens

• Optional - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
