Responsibilities

:

Managing the entire planning for the Plant that includes Raw material and packing material planning, Production planning, Tolling activity and dispatch planning.Looking Operations of the In-house Plant & Tolling Site, Enhancing Productivity and achieving Production Targets. Production planning and scheduling.Finalizing annual production plan based on Annual sales plan.Giving visibility to procurement team for 3-to-6-month requirements.Looking after RM/PM stores and managing stores team.Looking after dispatches and managing logistics team.Taking the lead in preparing an action plan for slow-moving and non-moving items.Ensuring zero deviation in SAP vs physcial stock (For better planning).Analysing yield & reviewing bills of material against actual usage to ensure accuracy of stock & stock levels.Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders; troubleshooting any issues.Imparting training to subordinates to ensure operational efficiency and ensuring meeting with the targets.Required Skills:SAP S/4 HanaMicrosoft Excel & Microsoft Power PointStandard Operating Procedure (SOP)Contract ManufacturingStore ManagementWarehouse Management SystemsPlant OperationsData AnalysisMaterial Requirements Planning (MRP)Production PlanningRequired Qualification
