Responsibilities

: Managing the entire planning for the Plant that includes Raw material and packing material planning, Production planning, Tolling activity and dispatch planning. Looking Operations of the In-house Plant & Tolling Site, Enhancing Productivity and achieving Production Targets. Production planning and scheduling. Finalizing annual production plan based on Annual sales plan. Giving visibility to procurement team for 3-to-6-month requirements. Looking after RM/PM stores and managing stores team. Looking after dispatches and managing logistics team. Taking the lead in preparing an action plan for slow-moving and non-moving items. Ensuring zero deviation in SAP vs physcial stock (For better planning). Analysing yield & reviewing bills of material against actual usage to ensure accuracy of stock & stock levels. Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders; troubleshooting any issues. Imparting training to subordinates to ensure operational efficiency and ensuring meeting with the targets.

Required Skills:

SAP S/4 Hana Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Contract Manufacturing Store Management Warehouse Management Systems Plant Operations Data Analysis Material Requirements Planning (MRP) Production Planning

  Required Qualification : - Any Graduate/MBA- Material Managment 

Salary :- Upto 15.00 LPA
