Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop an AI agent to generate accurate, plagiarism-free educational content.
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and deep learning techniques to support scalable content creation.
• Fine-tune LLMs (Large Language Models) and optimize them for accuracy, tone, and domain-specific needs.
• Implement prompt engineering, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), embeddings, and knowledge graphs to improve reliability.
• Build and deploy solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face frameworks.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs for AI services and ensure seamless platform integration.
• Work closely with product teams and educators to align AI-generated content with learning objectives.
• Ensure scalability, monitoring, and continuous improvement through ML Ops practices.
• Provide leadership in program governance, change enablement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Python, ML, deep learning, TensorFlow, and NLP.
• Experience in building AI agents, chatbots, or content generation systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS optimizations.
• Solid knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented & functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
• Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for retrieval-based AI solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for scalable AI deployments.
• Strong problem-solving, governance, and leadership skills in managing AI-driven programs.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Prior experience in EdTech or content creation platforms.
• Experience in reinforcement learning (RLHF) and continuous improvement of AI models.
• Exposure to multilingual NLP for diverse content creation.
• Understanding of instructional design principles to align content with learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on NLP and generative AI projects.
