This position involves overseeing design execution, coordinating between stakeholders, managing timelines, and ensuring quality control across architectural and interior fit-out projects.Key Responsibilities: Act as a project coordinator between clients, consultants, contractors, and vendorsEnsure smooth execution of interior and architectural projects as per approved designs and timelinesReview and verify working drawings, GFCs, and shop drawings for compliance and accuracyConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intentAssist in preparing project schedules, Gantt charts, and milestone trackingCoordinate with MEP, structural consultants, and site teams for design implementationHandle day-to-day problem-solving, decision-making, and technical clarifications at the siteMaintain all documentation, reports, and approvals related to design and site executionSupport procurement by reviewing technical specs, finishes, and material submittalsEnsure compliance with local codes, safety norms, and project standardsRequired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch); Master’s degree is a plus3–5 years of experience in architecture with at least 1–2 years in a PMC or coordination roleStrong understanding of interior detailing, materials, and site executionProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel , and working knowledge of Revit and SketchUp is preferredExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multitask and manage several projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving attitude with attention to detailWhat We Offer: Opportunity to work on diverse, design-focused projects in HyderabadExposure to both design and project management responsibilitiesA structured environment with opportunities for growth and leadershipCompetitive compensation based on experience and performance
