**KIVA Design Studio** is a creative boutique architecture and interiors studio based in Hyderabad. The company has been started by a senior architect with 20+ years industry experience, and the alumni of BITS-Pilani & IIT-Madras with experience in relevant complementary fields. A common passion towards design, technology, and business has brought together these complementary skills and varied experiences on a single platform to build a tech-enabled creative studio.

KIVA provides end-to-end architectural & interiors services across the domains of residential, commercial, offices, retail, and hospitality projects. We have done a variety of projects including farmhouses, villas, religious spaces, retail spaces, corporate offices, and hotels.

We work with our clients to translate their needs and vision into exceptional spaces and strive to uphold traditions of great design while continuously pushing the boundaries of design. KIVA is looking to hire a Project Architect who shall be in the role of a middle management, and lead all the specialist designers and jr architects in the organisation.
- work as a bridge between the top management, specialist designers, 3rd party consultants, and the clients
- coordinate with the Principal Architect, and the Creative Director to finalise the design concepts, and space planning
- coordinate with the top management to prioritise the projects, determine project deadlines, and create tasks
- lead the team of specialist designers to get the work done within deadlines, and with the specifications and design concepts decided by the team
- ensure a smooth workflow by coordinating with various departments, consultants, and the top management
- ensure that the design standards decided by the company are being met and the guidelines are being followed during the design work process
- come up with ideas for improvement in the design process and design quality, and communicate with the top management

**Requirements**:

Fluency in English speaking; fluency in Telugu & Hindi is preferable; Professional English writing skills

Creativity in designs; Leadership skills; Proactive and dynamic

AutoCAD, Sketchup, V-Ray, Lumion, Autodesk Revit (optional), MS Excel
- _Experience: _

3+ years experience in a design studio;Should have experience in space planning, 3D modelling, renders, interiors design, elevations design, working drawings, material knowledge

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
