Job Overview
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The National Sales Manager will contribute to the growth and success of the company by expanding its client base and driving revenue.
Qualifications and Skills
More than 15 years of experience in sales and business developmentProven experience in Automotive Components Industry (Automotive Aftermarkets preferred)Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong knowledge of the AAD Industry and MarketExcellent leadership and team management skillsAbility to build and maintain strong client relationshipsGood understanding of market dynamics and trendsExceptional communication and negotiation skillsProficiency in using CRM software and other sales toolsAbility to work independently and drive resultsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growthManage national level responsibility for Channel SalesManage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and supportBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client baseAchieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territoryMonitor market trends, competitors, and identify potential areas for growthConduct regular sales meetings and provide accurate sales forecastsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of servicesProvide ongoing training and development to the sales teamPrepare and present sales reports to the management
