Skills Required :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering and advanced education in engineering or business a must.

- 10-15 years of experience in public cloud implementations, including client-facing consulting experience.

- Candidates should be from Services background.

- In-depth knowledge and experience working in Public Cloud IT Services with 2+ years of Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake, Databricks and/or another public cloud experience required.

- Proven ability to successfully manage, build teams and work with US customers.

- Strong technical experience in Data & Analytics, Application Development & Modernization, Infrastructure, or a related field.

- Exhibit superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

- Prove to be very comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy creating structure and leading through organizational change initiatives.

- Experience managing client engagements and teams within large programs, including managing day to day interactions with executive clients.

- Exceptional business writing skills that demonstrate a command of logical reasoning.

Responsibilities :

- Reporting directly to high-level executives such as CEO, President/COO, or Chief Delivery Officer.

- Collaborating closely with senior leadership including Chief Customer Officer, SVP of Delivery, SVP of Managed Solutions, and VP of India Operations.

- Being a key member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

- Leading professional and/or managed services teams in India.

- Supervising managers and senior individual contributors, ensuring strong utilization and staff engagement.

- Conducting internal business reviews on key metrics like utilization, gross margin, billable hours, etc.

- Overseeing profit & loss metrics for India operations.

- Directly engaging with clients on critical projects.

- Building strategic relationships with client stakeholders and supporting their strategic roadmaps.

- Conducting external client-facing business reviews.

- Collaborating with internal leaders across various departments.

- Working with PMO leadership to establish efficient processes and a customer-centric Engineering organization.

- Collaborating with Solution Consulting leadership to shape solutions and drive team growth.

- Leading Engineering & Architecture teams in strategic planning, roadmap coordination, and implementation.

- Establishing business continuity, succession, and career development plans for engineering teams.

- Work mode : On-site (Bangalore-Residency Road).
