Overview:
TresVista is looking to hire a Vice President for its Data Intelligence Group team, who will primarily manage clients and monitor project execution for both the clients and internal teams. The Vice President will work on Product development projects for our clients. We seek a dynamic and analytical Senior Product Manager with expertise in Product Strategy, development, and execution. The person is accountable for enhancing and expanding platform capabilities, ensuring a consistent customer experience, and assisting in strategically aligning the platform roadmap to support both current & future product lines for various clients' needs and drive business growth. The Vice President would be joining the current team of 40, which is a mix of Data Engineers, Data Visualization Experts, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and front-end developers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and communicate product strategy for multiple products aligned with the company's and product team’s objectives
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements for the product roadmap. Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to refine and adjust the roadmap as needed
*Seamless integration across multiple products to deliver a cohesive user experience and maximize overall value
*Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
*Build business cases with sound rationale & translate those into clear product requirements documents/briefs by proactively seeking input/feedback
*Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product initiatives
*Monitor product performance and track user engagement metrics to provide seamless production support and be involved in the enhancement of the products
Prerequisites:
*At least seven years of 7 years of customer-focused product management experience
*Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for B2B and B2C SaaS products
*Full stack development expertise with proficiency in languages like Java, Python, and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular
*Expertise in Middleware, Databases, Cloud technologies, and knowledge of integration cross-platforms is a must
*Proven expertise in statistical modeling and performance metrics, utilizing analytical skills to derive insights
*Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business teams
*Preferably some experience in AI/ML concepts focused on measurement and statistical analysis
Experience:
8-12 years
Education:
BTECH/MTECH/BE/ME/MBA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, AI/ML

The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
